How the maths works
Gross saving = tickets × deflection rate × cost per ticket. Net monthly saving subtracts the AI platform cost. First-year ROI = (net annual saving − setup cost) ÷ (setup cost + annual platform cost) × 100, and payback = setup cost ÷ net monthly saving.
