Privacy Policy

Calculations run entirely in your browser. The values you type are never sent to us, never logged and never stored on a server. We do not operate user accounts, we do not build profiles, and we do not sell data. The only third-party data collection on this site comes from advertising and, where enabled, aggregate analytics — both described below.

Calculator inputs — not collected. Every calculation is a pure function executed on your device. Inputs are mirrored into the page address so you can bookmark or share a scenario; that address stays with you unless you choose to share it.

Local browser storage. Your theme preference and a short list of recently viewed calculators are stored in your own browser so the site feels continuous between visits. This data never leaves your device and is cleared when you clear site data.

Technical request data. Like every website, our hosting provider processes standard request information — IP address, user agent, requested page and timestamp — to deliver pages and protect against abuse. This is transient operational data, not a marketing dataset.

Email you send us. If you write to contact@calcemitool.com we keep the correspondence only as long as needed to resolve your enquiry.

This site is funded by advertising. Third-party ad vendors, including Google, may use cookies or similar technologies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on your visit to our site and other sites on the internet.

You can opt out of personalised advertising through Google's Ads Settings, or opt out of third-party vendor cookies at aboutads.info. Opting out removes personalisation; it does not remove advertising. Third-party vendors not covered by those tools operate under their own privacy policies.

Where analytics are enabled, they are used only in aggregate — which pages are popular, which devices people use, which calculators fail to load. We do not attempt to identify individuals and we do not link analytics data to anything you type into a calculator. Analytics identifiers are configured per deployment and can be disabled entirely.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete personal data relating to you, to object to processing, and to withdraw consent for personalised advertising. Because we hold no account data, most requests are satisfied by clearing your browser storage — but if you believe we hold something about you, write to contact@calcemitool.com and we will respond within one month.

Calcemitool is a general-audience reference site and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
